Customer Reviews & Questions
Review Summary
Summarized by generative AI from text of customer reviews
Customers overwhelmingly praise these velvet blackout curtains for exceptional light-blocking performance, with many describing them as "true blackout" that eliminates all light. The thick, heavy velvet fabric with backing layer is frequently cited for superior thermal benefits, keeping rooms cooler in summer and warmer in winter. Reviewers consistently highlight the luxurious, soft texture and elegant aesthetic in rich colors like taupe and dark blue, noting they enhance room ambiance and feel like a premium upgrade. Dual hanging options with rod pocket and back tabs allow customizable styling, and installation is described as quick and easy. A few mention minor concerns about weight requiring sturdy rods or occasional wrinkles, but the overwhelming majority consider these curtains an excellent investment.

Curtain
Not quite the color gray I was expecting. Please note if it's sets or single panels. I ordered two thinking there were two panels in each package. I was able to use in another room. Thanks!

I needed blackout curtains for a new window and found these on sale but was nervous bc they were not returnable. But the reviews were right: very high quality, soft, and sturdy. We hung them up at peak southern sun which hits it directly and it did a very good job blocking it (not true blackout but good enough for us). Also I was worried the color would be too brownish but it was a really nice neutral that had enough grey in it to balance the brown, they matched perfect!

Great material
I love this material so much, it’s very thick and easy to install. Not in love with the color but love how long they are. The material is very heavy and i love them.

Thick and High Quality
These curtains are great & very high quality. I installed them in my daughter’s room. The velvet is very nice and thick and there is a backing. They block out the light well and they are also thick enough that they stop little drafts from the window.

These curtains feel incredibly soft and luxurious. The velvety texture instantly makes the room feel cozy and elevated, and they do a great job in blocking out the sunlight too.
I also love the beautiful color selection and the simple, elegant design that works with so many different decor styles. One feature I really appreciate is the two hanging options. You can either thread the curtains through a hidden pocket for a more seamless look or hang them to show some of the curtain rod as part of the look. Both styles look gorgeous depending on the vibe you're going for!
The only downside for me is that the openings are a little snug for my thicker curtain rods. So opening and closing the curtains takes a little extra effort.
Overall, an amazing pair of curtains to add a sleek and elegant look to any room 💕
