Customer Reviews & Questions
Review Summary
Summarized by generative AI from text of customer reviews
Customers overwhelmingly praise this mattress pad for delivering cloud-like, supremely soft comfort that transforms sleep quality. Most describe it as hotel-quality luxury, with many reporting they now sleep through the night without waking, and several noting relief from chronic pain or sleep disruptions. Reviewers consistently commend the perfect fit on thick and non-standard mattresses, with secure design that stays in place overnight. The down alternative fill maintains loft after washing, and customers appreciate the easy care and durable construction. A few mention it runs slightly thicker than expected or felt too warm, but these rare concerns are vastly outweighed by enthusiastic endorsement across hundreds of reviews.

So happy I found this pad
If you bought a mattress that is too firm then this pad will literally change your life. Not an exaggeration. Now I’m able to finally sleep in all the way again instead of waking up in the middle of the night. It feels like sleeping in a hotel bed.

If you bought a mattress that is too firm then this pad will literally change your life. Not an exaggeration. Now I’m able to finally sleep in all the way again instead of waking up in the middle of the night. It feels like sleeping in a hotel bed. Also I tried the equivalent topper first and found that too cushiony. This pad makes for the perfect balance. So much cheaper than replacing the mattress too!

My hand tufted McCroskey CA King mattress is only a year old. The tufts are bothering me. Don't want a mattress topper. Would any of your pads help with the tufts?

Hi JeanH. The Legends Hotel™ Premium LoftAIRE Ultra™ Down Alternative Mattress Pad. Although we are not able to speak to your particular mattress. Our featherbed, soft bed and mattress toppers will provide the thickest, most plush cushion topper for your mattress. In the alternative, our mattress pads with down, down alternative fill, wool pad or memory foam would be our recommendation.
