Customer Reviews & Questions
Review Summary
Summarized by generative AI from text of customer reviews
Customers overwhelmingly praise the exceptional softness and comfort, describing the flannel as velvety and cozy, with many noting it feels even softer after washing. The festive woodland and holiday patterns featuring owls, foxes, and winter trees bring seasonal joy to bedrooms. Reviewers consistently highlight superior quality, durability, and deep fitted sheet design that secures thicker mattresses without pilling or shrinking. The vibrant colors appear richer than online images suggest. A few customers wished for heavier fabric or additional pattern options, but most consider these sheets an excellent investment for restful winter sleep.

Luscious and cozy flannel pillowcases
The flannel is thick, velvety (as advertised) and the size standard. Although it’s called a holiday pattern, probably due to the red-green colors and evergreen-theme -I think it’s pretty and neutral enough to use all winter!

Great quality
The pillowcase is soft, cozy and warm. The thickness of the fabric is great. However the king size is a bit short for my pillows so they stick out. Adding a flap would hold everything in place a bit better.

Hi. Thank you for sharing your feedback on the Company Cotton Holiday Print Classic Ultra-Cozy Cotton Velvet Flannel Pillowcase Set. We’re delighted to hear that you are enjoying the softness, warmth, and thickness of the fabric. We did notice that you purchased our standard size. If you have king-size pillows, the standard may not accommodate your pillow as well as the king would. Your suggestion of adding a flap to help keep pillows fully in place is very thoughtful. At The Company Store, we are committed to continuously improving our offerings to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations, and your feedback helps us identify opportunities for enhancement. We have forwarded your suggestion to our product development team for consideration in future designs, and we sincerely appreciate your input and support. If you need any additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us at 1-800-323-8000, or you may email us at custserv@thecompanystore.sbs. Please note, we recommend contacting us via phone for immediate assistance. Your satisfaction is important to us.

Let’s face it, I bought these for the pattern!
I originally wanted the sheet set, but it sold out before I even saw it! So happy to be able to get the pillowcases and top sheet on sale. Frankly, I love the pattern, so although I wish the flannel was a bit heavier, I’m pleased to have them.
