Customer Reviews & Questions
Review Summary
Summarized by generative AI from text of customer reviews
Customers overwhelmingly praise these plush character pillows for their exceptional softness, describing them as "super soft," "cuddly," and "cozy." Reviewers consistently highlight how the adorable character designs—featuring unicorns, dinosaurs, lions, and princesses—resonate deeply with children, who often sleep with them nightly or carry them everywhere. Many customers purchase them as gifts for grandchildren and young relatives, with strong repeat-buying behavior. The emotional attachment children form to these pillows is frequently noted. A very small number mention durability concerns, but this represents minimal feedback compared to the overwhelming satisfaction and recommendation across reviews.

Hello ~ At The Company Store, we follow strict governmental regulations and test our products against harmful substances to ensure you and your family are safe. Certain states require additional testing on childrens products. Because we had not participated in that level of testing previously, we were unable to ship to those states. We are pleased to announce that all new products are receiving the extended testing so that childrens products can soon be marketed to all states. Safety has been, and always will be, very important to us. Please contact customer service at 800-323-8000 for further options. Thank you for your inquiry.
